Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a mechanical building services consulting environment.
• Experience designing HVAC, ventilation, plumbing and thermal comfort systems.
• Exposure to commercial, residential, educational, healthcare or industrial projects; site experience beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Design mechanical building services solutions for developments.
• Perform HVAC, ventilation, heating, cooling and plumbing system design activities.
• Prepare engineering calculations, technical specifications, and project reports.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, contractors, and design teams.
• Support projects during planning, design, construction, and handover phases.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
• Provide technical support throughout project execution.
• Assist in ensuring projects comply with applicable standards and client requirements.
