Job summary

ICDS (UK) Ltd in Ireland seeks a Mechanical Appointed Person to review mechanical specifications, liaise with design teams and subcontractors, and coordinate services across projects. You will resolve technical issues and manage O&M submissions, supporting tender documentation and ensuring delivery in line with company standards.

The role requires a mechanical or building services degree and at least five years of relevant experience, with strong AutoCAD skills and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

• Relevant third-level qualification in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum five years' relevant industry experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical services, technical drawings and AutoCAD.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
