Job summary

Munters Corp Ireland designs and manufactures precision air-conditioning equipment for data centres, telecommunications, specialty storage and building-services markets. The role supports stores, warehousing and production by handling, receiving, kitting and dispatching materials with accuracy and safety.

You will maintain clean, hazard-free areas, use material-handling equipment safely, and collaborate across departments to ensure on-time deliveries, proper documentation and inventory control.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in material handling, warehouse/stores operations or manufacturing.
• Familiarity with mechanical and electrical components and basic assembly processes.
• Basic computer skills and experience using ERP, MRP or other inventory-management systems.
• Ability to use forklifts, pallet trucks and other material-handling equipment safely; relevant certification is required where applicable.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible, reliable and willing to support different departments in response to operational requirements.
• Physical requirements include lifting and carrying materials in line with site procedures and manual-handling training.

Responsibilities

• Goods Receipt and Material Inspection: receive, inspect and verify incoming materials against packing slips and orders.
• Inventory Control and Storage: organise, store and track stock using FIFO and cycle counts.
• Production Support and Kitting: ensure materials are available for production and prep kits as needed.
• Shipping and Dispatch: prepare outbound shipments and complete paperwork with the Logistics team.
• Communication and Continuous Improvement: update supervisors on material status and suggest improvements.
• Work flexibly across departments to support business needs.
