Moog Inc. in Carrigaline, Ireland, is seeking a Material Processor to join the Supply Chain team onsite. The role involves maintaining work orders, cycle counting, and updating metrics, while supporting continuous improvements in material handling and documentation.

The successful candidate will ensure accurate movement, storage, processing, and documentation of materials, collaborating with Production, Planning and Purchasing to optimize material flow and quality.

Formación

• Minimum of 12 months’ experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably in a materials environment, and good working knowledge of materials computer systems.
• Proven administrative skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain work orders, including maintenance, closure and data input.
• Perform cycle counting, analysis and reporting; investigate stock discrepancies.
• Update inventory metrics and verification against the computer system.
• Identify and resolve materials issues; coordinate shortage management and kanban maintenance.
• Prepare regular reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.

This is an opportunity to work in an environment that supports Production but works closely with Planning & Purchasing.The successful candidate will ensure the accurate movement, storage, processing, and documentation of materials while maintaining compliance with company procedures and quality standards.Job description:· Work order maintenance and control, closure and data input. Responsible for the work order variance reports for material and labour.Cycle counting, analysis and reporting as determined by company management and procedure.Investigation and recount of stock discrepancies. Cycle count adjustment within defined limits and notification of materials personnel as required.Implement filing/administration system for all transactions.Update inventory metrics weekly.Verification of stock versus computer system.· Materials issues identification and resolution. Highlight, document and initiate corrective action on materials issues.
