Job summary

The Opportunity

Avantor is seeking a Material Handler to join our onsite team in Limerick. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in retail, supermarkets, hospitality, customer service or stores environments. You will support inventory management, replenish stock, receive deliveries and provide excellent customer service to onsite teams. No previous laboratory experience is required. Full training will be provided.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in retail, supermarket, hospitality, customer service, stockroom, stores or warehouse environments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel).
• Full driving licence and access to personal transport.

Working Pattern

Rotating 12-hour daytime shift pattern

Week 1

• Work Monday and Tuesday
• Off Wednesday and Thursday
• Work Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Week 2

• Off Monday and Tuesday
• Work Wednesday and Thursday
• Off Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Additional Requirements

• Full driving licence and access to personal transport.
• Ability to work onsite in Limerick.
