Job summary

Aramark in Limerick, Ireland invites an experienced Matchday Bar Supervisor to lead our bar team during busy matchdays. You will oversee daily operations, ensure service excellence, manage stock, and uphold COSHH and food hygiene standards.

This role requires strong leadership, cash handling skills, and a hands-on approach to staff training and scheduling. You will collaborate with management to monitor performance, drive profitability, and create a welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' proven experience in a bar or hospitality supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Comprehensive knowledge of beverages, spirits, wines, and cocktail preparation techniques.
• Proficiency in cash handling and till operation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage bar staff, providing clear direction and feedback to ensure top performance.
• Maintain strict quality control standards for all beverages and monitor stock levels.
• Handle cash transactions, reconcile tills, and ensure accurate financial records.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including COSHH and food hygiene.
• Create staff rotas and manage scheduling for peak and off-peak periods.
• Train and induct new bar staff and liaise with management on performance metrics.
