About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Matchday Hospitality Manager to lead the delivery of first-class hospitality at Aviva Stadium. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing high-profile events, and is committed to providing an outstanding guest experience.

Role Purpose

As Hospitality Manager, you will take ownership of planning, coordinating, and delivering hospitality services across matchdays and supporting non-matchday events. You will lead a dedicated team, ensure premium food and beverage standards, and play a key role in creating memorable experiences for all guests. Your leadership, commitment to Levy standards, and focus on client satisfaction will be critical to your success.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with clients, event organizers, and internal teams to define hospitality requirements
  2. Develop operational plans to ensure seamless service delivery
  3. Lead, motivate, and manage hospitality staff including supervisors, servers, and casuals
  4. Support team development through ongoing training and feedback
  5. Work closely with culinary teams to align menus with guest expectations and dietary needs
  6. Oversee inventory control, stock rotation, and waste minimization
  7. Drive a culture of service excellence and attention to detail
  8. Monitor costs, maximize profitability, and provide financial reporting and analysis
  9. Explore innovative use of technology in food and beverage delivery
  10. Lead post-event reviews to improve service quality
  11. Stay informed on industry trends and champion innovative ideas
  12. Ensure event setups meet venue standards within timelines

The Ideal Candidate

  • Strong background in catering and F&B service for premium clientele in stadiums, hotels, or large venues
  • Experience in staff training and team development
  • Passionate about delivering world-class guest experiences
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative
  • Financial acumen with knowledge of budgets and cost control
