Location: Ballycoolin, Dublin 15 (moving to Dunshaughlin, Co Meath in 2026)

Purpose of the role

To develop, lead, and implement marketing strategies that strengthen the brand presence, generate lead, and drive customer engagement. The role requires a deep understanding of B2B marketing, sector dynamics, and alignment with sales and product teams to ensure commercial success.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the annual marketing plan in line with business objectives
  • Identify market opportunities, trends, and customer needs in this sector
  • Lead brand positioning initiatives to strengthen competitive differentiation
  • Design and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital print, events, and trade shows
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance using KPI’s such as lead conversion rates and ROI
  • Oversee the company’s online presence including the website, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media platforms
  • Collaborate with internal and external content creators to produce technical guides, case studies, newsletters, and product spotlights
  • Maintain and grow a CRM database to support segmentation and targeting
  • Support product launches with tailored marketing collateral and promotional strategies
  • Work closely with procurement and sales teams to communicate product benefits, technical specs, and pricing advantages
  • Ensure consistency of brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all channels.
  • Manage internal communications on product and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' of marketing experience, preferably within the construction, manufacturing or industrial distribution sector.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns and deliver measurable results.
  • Strong grasp of B2B digital marketing tactics, content creation, and SEO/SEM.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (eg. HubSpot, Mailchimp), CRM systems, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Competitive self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Confident, resilient and adaptable.
