Job summary

Harris Group in Ireland invites a Marketing Intern to support the Marketing Manager and wider team, gaining hands-on experience across digital marketing, brand management, and dealer marketing operations.

You will assist with campaigns, website and social media updates, and auditing dealer activity while attending events and training to develop skills within a growing marketing function. This is a fixed-term 12-month internship and a strong learning opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline in progress or completed.
• Full Driving License desirable.
• Ability to learn and take direction.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-directed, collaborative, and employee focused.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the Marketing Executive and Marketing Manager in the delivery of marketing campaigns and activities across the business.
• Assist in the coordination and maintenance of digital marketing channels, including website updates and social media platforms, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Support the auditing of dealer websites and social media channels to ensure consistency with brand standards, identifying areas for improvement and reporting findings to the marketing team.
• Assist with the preparation and distribution of marketing materials and assets to support dealer and sales activity across the Harris Group.
• Attend and where needed provide support at marketing events, training sessions, and industry conferences as required, including set-up, coordination, and post-event follow-up.
• Assist with basic performance tracking of marketing campaigns (e.g. lead generation, engagement metrics) and support reporting activities.
• Carry out administrative and ad hoc marketing duties as required to support the wider marketing function.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and development, gaining hands‑on experience across all areas of marketing and contributing positively to the team.
• This role is for a fixed term of 12-months
