The role focuses on planning campaigns, managing digital channels, handling enquiries, and reporting on leads and occupancy while building partnerships with schools and employers.

A background in education or childcare is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a marketing role.
• Strong digital marketing skills across social media, Google Ads and email tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience in education or childcare is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run marketing campaigns to increase enrolment.
• Manage website, social media channels and online presence.
• Handle enquiries and track them through enrolment.
• Produce brochures, email newsletters and open-day promotions.
• Build partnerships with local employers, schools and community groups.
• Manage the marketing budget and report monthly on leads, cost per lead and occupancy.
