Job summary

Triona Design in Dublin is seeking a Marketing & Content Creator to join our on-site team. This full-time role combines fashion storytelling with social-first content across our digital channels, supporting campaigns, launches and brand storytelling.

You will shoot and edit photo/video content, manage a content calendar and collaborate with the marketing team to grow engagement and sales for TRIONA's Dublin flagship and online channels.

Qualifications

• 2 years of content creation experience preferred.
• Work authorisation: Ireland (required).
• Hybrid remote in Dublin, County Dublin.

Responsibilities

As we enter an exciting new chapter with the opening of our new Dublin flagship, we are looking for a creative and commercially minded Marketing & Content Creator to join our team.

This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong eye for fashion, design and storytelling who can create engaging content across our digital channels, support the wider marketing team and help bring the TRIONA brand to life.

The Role You will work closely with the marketing team across content creation, social media and digital marketing, creating and coordinating content that reflects TRIONA's identity and supports the growth of the brand.

Responsibilities

• Creating photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, email, website and other digital channels
• Shooting and editing short-form video and social content
• Creating photo, video and creative assets for use across marketing campaigns
• Supporting the marketing team with campaign concepts, creative assets and promotional content
• Managing and planning social media content and maintaining a consistent content calendar
• Developing ideas for campaigns, product launches and brand storytelling
• Supporting email marketing, including creating content and campaign assets
• Creating content around new collections, our stores and behind-the-scenes at TRIONA
• Working with the wider team on seasonal campaigns, shoots, events and launches
• Repurposing content across different channels and formats to maximise its impact
• Monitoring content performance and identifying opportunities to grow engagement and sales
• Keeping up to date with social media trends, digital content formats and emerging creative opportunities

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a strong visual eye and genuine interest in fashion, design and contemporary culture
• Is confident creating and editing photo and video content
• Understands Instagram, TikTok and current social media trends
• Can combine creativity with a commercial understanding of what drives engagement and sales
• Can work collaboratively with a marketing team while also taking ownership of projects
• Is organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
• Has excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of brand
• Experience in fashion, luxury, retail or lifestyle would be an advantage.

Experience: Content creation: 2 years (preferred)
