About the Role:
You’ll be an integral part of a collaborative and innovative team, reporting to senior leaders and playing a hands-on role in executing business development strategies, leading key pitches, driving brand visibility, and supporting firm-wide campaigns and events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the execution of business development and marketing plans aligned with the firm’s Ireland growth strategy
• Lead pitch and proposal development, ensuring high-impact submissions
• Deliver marketing campaigns, events, and thought leadership initiatives
• Manage internal and external communications, with a strong focus on digital and content strategy
• Build sector-specific client engagement strategies in collaboration with international teams
• Oversee directory submissions and CRM best practices
• Collaborate across global teams to share knowledge, best practices, and ensure alignment

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in a business development or marketing role, ideally within a professional services or legal environment
• Strong writing, communication and project management skills
• A proactive, confident, and solutions-oriented mindset
• Experience managing stakeholders and delivering high-quality output under pressure
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, digital marketing tools, and content development
