Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Marketing Automation Manager to design and build AI-driven automations across our marketing technology stack. This individual contributor role will connect data, tools, and workflows to help marketers move faster and more precisely, primarily using Workato with other platforms like Marketo, Iterable, Salesforce, and HubSpot.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing operations, marketing tech, or process automation.
• Experience with Workato and connectors for Marketo, Iterable, Salesforce, HubSpot.
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks and MCPs.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and CRMs.
• Comfort with APIs, data mappings, and system schemas.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI-driven automations across marketing tech.
• Collaborate with regional marketing, operations and analytics to identify automation opportunities.
• Translate needs into automated, scalable solutions using Workato and related tools.
• Ensure data integrity and alignment across IT, Marketing, Analytics, Engineering.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing integrations.
