Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a GMP cleanroom environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Basic understanding and ability to set up and operate manufacturing equipment.
• Proficiency with basic computer tasks.
• Good technical writing skills.
• Third level qualification in science or engineering is preferable but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Clean product manufacturing equipment and the manufacturing facility.
• Manufacture batches of ocular implant products according to GMP; includes weighing, sieving, milling, blending, mixing, extrusion, cutting, and measurement of implants.
• Complete batch file documentation accurately as per GDP.
• Manufacture ocular implant products; processes include weighing, sieving, milling, blending, extrusion, cutting, measurement; needle inspection and plugging.
• Complete batch file documentation accurately as per GDP.
• Clean implant manufacturing equipment and facility.
• Follow site safety rules and report all safety events.
• Support investigations for non-conformance.
• Communicate and report manufacturing status versus schedule.
• Perform activities per GMP, SOPs and policies.
• Attend Tier, Departmental, and Project meetings.

• Cleaning of the product manufacturing equipment and the manufacturing facility.
• Manufacture of batches of Ocular implant products as per GMP. Manufacturing processes include weighing, sieving, milling, blending, mixing, extrusion, cutting and measurement of product implants.
• Complete batch file documentation accurately as per GDP

• Complete batch file documentation accurately as per GDP
• Cleaning of the Implant manufacturing equipment and the manufacturing facility
• Act in compliance with all site safety rules and report all safety related events.
• Provide information and perform investigation tasks in support of effective non-conformance management.
• Timely communication and reporting on manufacturing status versus schedule.
• Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with GMP, relevant SOP's and policies.
• Attend all meetings as required.
