Sanmina Fermoy in Ireland is seeking a proactive Section Leader to manage a team of 6–10 operators in a fast-paced, ISO13485-regulated manufacturing environment. You will coach, train and develop staff while ensuring delivery of quality products to schedule.
The role requires strong leadership, robust problem-solving, and excellent communication as you drive continuous improvement, shift planning and safe, compliant operations.
We are looking for a leader to manage a team of 6-10 operators, if you have a experience current/previous in team leading and current/previous manufacturing operations experience we will provide full training on our manufacturing processes and ISO13485 standards.
The role follows a 4 Days On, 4 Nights Off continuous rotation
Our Fermoy, Ireland, facility is FDA registered and certified to ISO ISO13485:2016 for the manufacture of high-quality PCBAs, subassemblies and complete devices up to and including Class III medical devices.
