Job summary

Sanofi in Waterford is offering an Integrated Manufacturing Systems Intern role for a 9‑month, on‑site placement starting January 2027. You will support day‑to‑day system queries, assist with system maintenance, manage user access, and help document processes.

This is a learning role with mentorship and hands‑on exposure to digital and automation projects. You will be a current university student returning after the internship, with an interest in technology and strong teamwork and communication

Qualifications

Be a current university student who will return to university after completing the internship.
Interest in technology, systems and problem-solving.
Basic technical knowledge and willingness to learn.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team and manage time.

Responsibilities

Support colleagues with day-to-day system queries and troubleshoot issues.
Assist with maintaining and supporting systems across the Waterford site.
Help manage user access requests and system administration tasks.
Update and maintain system, process and project documentation.
Collaborate with Integrated Manufacturing Systems, Digital, Automation and IT teams on hardware/software support.
Contribute ideas to improve existing processes and ways of working.
Assist with introduction and adoption of new digital and automation solutions.
