Job summary

Jabil, a global manufacturing partner, seeks personnel for a 6 month fixed-term contract in our Bray site. The role covers production duties with strict adherence to Work Instructions, quality, and safety standards across several shift patterns.

Ideal candidates have Leaving Certificate, manufacturing experience, and good IT/numerical skills, plus fluent English for effective communication within the team and with quality systems.

Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
• Previous manufacturing experience essential.
• Experience of cGMP preferable.
• Quality/Quality Control/Metrology experience an advantage.
• Basic IT skills and good numerical ability.
• Fluent English with strong oral & written communication skills.
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Flexible, committed and results oriented.

Responsibilities

• Adherence to all Work Instructions / Procedures.
• Equipment operation.
• Component inspection.
• Complete production documentation.
• Achieve production targets.
• Support quality programs and Lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping and seek continuous improvement.
