Job summary

Repligen Corp. is seeking a Production Operator 1 to contribute to efficient, compliant manufacturing. You will follow SOPs, maintain data accuracy, and support safe, organized work areas to meet daily targets.

The role requires attention to quality and collaboration with the manufacturing team. Ideal candidates will have a Leaving Certificate and experience following instructions with molding, inspection, assembly, and packaging tasks.

Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate completed.
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions and operate equipment.
• Good understanding of CAPA, Cleanroom Operations, Continuous Improvement, GMP, EHS, Press Operations, Packaging and Labelling and Quality.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products in accordance with approved procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain safe, organized work area and support daily production targets.
• Follow SOPs and work instructions and complete required documentation accurately.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and teamwork projects.
• Report department measures and maintain equipment and tools per SOPs.
