Job summary

Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate or equivalent education is required.
• Previous experience in production/assembly roles is desirable.
• Basic math and good English skills are required.
• Good communication and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture product in accordance with Stryker procedures and quality standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement to enhance quality and cost.
• Monitor quality and adhere to GMP and safety requirements.
• Provide cross-training to other employees.
• Contribute to achieving line metrics and build quality into all work.
