Responsibilities

• Operate Panel Fastener machinery in line with production requirements.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specification.
• Record inspection and production data accurately.
• Monitor equipment performance and report any issues to supervisors.
• Maintain high housekeeping and cleanliness standards within the work area.
• Work closely with colleagues and shift teams to support daily production targets.
• Follow all Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality procedures.
