You will oversee all financial activities, ensure robust controls, deliver monthly management accounts, budgeting, cash flow and KPI reporting, and lead a finance team while

Qualifications

• 5+ years' post-qualification experience in accounting.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of management accounting, budgeting and controls.
• Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge.
• Experience implementing financial systems or process improvements.
• Strong commercial and business acumen.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts.
• Produce financial reports, budgets, forecasts and cash flow projections.
• Analyse performance and identify profitability and efficiency improvements.
• Present results and KPIs to senior management.
• Maintain general ledger and accounting records.
• Oversee pricing strategies, margins and product profitability.
• Lead budgeting process and monitor variances.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital.
• Coordinate audits with external auditors.
• Collaborate with operations and senior management on financial insights.
