Job summary

Expect to develop tests, analyze results, and document training for production teams. Responsibilities include overseeing technicians, coordinating testing activities, and driving project plans to meet customer expectations within a 4:30 PM–3 AM schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science field required.
• 2+ years in a similar Manufacturing/Engineer role.
• Familiarity with LEAN methods and basic statistics desirable.

Responsibilities

• Improve manufacturing processes using engineering methods for continuous improvement.
• Develop basic experiments and protocols to qualify processes and analyze results.
• Address CAPA, non-conformances, and audit observations.
• Create training materials and work instructions for production.
• Plan projects with tools like Project Plan and Risk Analysis.
• Identify redesign opportunities for equipment and fixtures.
• Supervise technicians, coach testing, and coordinate tasks.
