Integer Holdings Corporation seeks an engineer to perform general engineering tasks in the medical device sector, using standard methods and contributing to product and process improvements.

You will work with cross-functional teams, adhere to QMS and regulatory requirements, and drive quality KPIs while supporting safety, environmental, and integrity standards across manufacturing and development projects.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field; 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Candidates who do not meet the education requirement may be considered with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other associates and cross functional teams.
• Solid technical aptitude and ability to contribute to a team or produce results of a technical nature.
• Functional understanding of Integer Quality Management Systems and required documentation tasks.
• Written and oral communication proficiency.
• Calm demeanor in a high energy production environment.
• Positive, can-do attitude with belief that failure is not an option.

• Follow standard engineering methods and tools within medical device industry.
• Evaluate, select and apply standard engineering techniques with guidance.
• Review procedures and plans; evaluate products, processes and materials for improvements.
