  • Handle correspondence, manage databases, and schedule meetings.

Overview

As a Manufacturing Administrative Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the site, management team, and other staff members.

Responsibilities
  • Provide full administrative support and responsibilities for shift payroll process for Little Island Operations.
  • Management and updating of Kronos T&A (time cards) for Operations employees ensuring payroll accuracy based on the offline excel tracker for averaging payroll processes
  • Completion of weekly payroll files as determined by the HR/Payroll requirements working to extremely tight deadlines and requirements each week
  • Acting as the Kronos point of contact on any queries on hours worked, time cards etc. linked to employees on the averaging payroll process.
  • Partnering with Operations Supervisors to confirm required details.
  • Other activities as required by Plant Director including but not limited to the following:
  • Handling correspondence, managing databases, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records
  • Digital factory systems administration, reporting
  • KPI reporting
  • Administering communications for plant teams
  • Support plant visit and tours
  • Support of Organizational health activities
  • Travel bookings and Expense administration
  • Vendor set ups, SAP activities
  • Plant tour and visit prep including audit support as needed
  • Support of site Vitality team
  • Lockers and PPE – handling issues and onboarding
Qualifications
  • 3+ years significant administration experience, working with various systems (Kronos/Time & Attendance systems highly advantageous)
  • Knowledge and understanding of basic payroll principles
  • Excellent experience in offline/excel trackers
  • Process Improvement mindset with proven experience in same.
  • Working to tight timelines and deadlines every week.
  • High-level PC literacy and knowledge of HR systems operation.
