The PGIM TPRM Manager provides oversight and monitoring to ensure third‑party services and agreements are executed in a well‑controlled manner and follow Prudential’s TPRM policies and standards. The manager supports the Vendor TPRM Director in developing and maintaining TPRM vendor program materials, tools and documentation, as well as overseeing quality review testing to ensure robust measurement and monitoring processes for vendor risk.

  • Maintain partnerships across PGIM and GSP to ensure active early participation in vendor‑related matters.
  • Consult and guide managers through the vendor lifecycle process.
  • Ensure due diligence is completed following PGIM standards before a service provider is engaged.
  • Support assessment of vendor due diligence results and action‑plan development.
  • Ensure vendor monitoring processes align with the engagement risk level.
  • Oversee tracking of vendor issues to resolution, identifying action plans to address performance gaps and control risks in partnership with business owners.
  • Support site‑visit preparation and completion, including test‑plan development and issue tracking.
  • Provide TPRM governance training, execute testing and document results.
  • Support development, enhancement and management of the PGIM TPRM program.
  • Document Standard Operating Procedures as required.
  • Participate in GSP initiatives and meetings to streamline TPRM processes, drive consistency with tools and templates, and compile PGIM‑wide reporting.
