SEI Investments seeks an experienced Investor Services Manager to lead the Investor Services Client Operations team in Dublin. You will ensure smooth investor account openings, timely information requests, and accurate investor reporting, while coaching staff and driving process improvements across the function.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in transfer agency, strong knowledge of alternative structures, capital calls, distributions and waterfall calculations, plus AML compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years' experience in a transfer agency role with at least 3 years in alternatives.
• Experience working on alternatives platforms, ideally Investran and/or NTAS.
• Strong knowledge of capital call, sub-classes, distributions and waterfall calculations.

Position Description:

This Management position is within the Investor Services Client Operations unit of SEI and will be responsible for the management and running of an Investor Services team. Reporting to the Director of Investor Services Client Operations, this individual will be responsible for interacting with all levels of professionals both internally and externally. Candidates must have a high level of understanding of Alternatives structures and the associated transfer agency process of such structures.

What you'll do:

• Manage and support the Investor Services team within Investor Services Client Operations.
• Ensure a smooth investor account opening process and that requests for information are dealt with efficiently.
• Ensure the team's quality of work is maintained at a high standard and that all investor reporting and correspondence is addressed timely and accurately.
• Ensure all payments made to investors are accurate.
• Review Limited Partnership Agreements and OM's pre-launch of each Fund and have the ability to identify and highlight potential operating issues.
• Support senior management and assist in strategic business decision making.
• Assist senior management in growing and maintaining operational quality including supporting conversions & onboardings, hiring and coaching staff, developing workflows, leveraging technology solutions to improve operating models and applying best practice.
• Develop & maintain relationships with all client contacts including investment professionals, investors, lawyers, auditors and banking personnel.
• Work with your direct reports to manage & supervise your team on systems, processing, procedures and job responsibilities;
• Train, coach and mentor all employees, develop and motivate staff within their sub-unit;
• Provide regular input and feedback regarding employees' ongoing performance / development / performance appraisals;
• Organize and run team meetings.
• Work closely with and support internal stakeholders, including the AML Operations teams, Fund Accounting, Relationship Management and others.
• Enforce adherence to agreed service standards and specified deadlines;
• Maintain a good working relationship with external clients, investors as well as with internal relationship managers and other business units within SEI;
• Assist in the development, implementation and adherence to departmental procedures;
• Carry out all duties assigned to your role under the Company's Safety Statement, to ensure Health, Safety and Wellbeing for all employees for whom you have responsibility;
• Work on Projects / Ad-hoc tasks as required.

What you bring to the table:

• At least 8 years' experience in a transfer agency role with at least 3 of those working with Alternatives structures.
• Experience in working on Alternatives platforms, ideally Investran and/or NTAS.
• Have a strong knowledge of Closed and opened ended alternative structures and various Fund domiciles regulatory requirements.
• Have a strong understanding of the capital call process, sub-closes, equalization, distributions and waterfall calculations.
• Be able to demonstrate an understanding of AML regulations.
• Experience at Assistant Manager level of above, including coaching / mentoring of team members;
