Job summary

PwC Ireland is seeking a Manager for its Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) Tax team to lead the delivery of complex tax engagements for multinational clients across industries. You will manage client relationships, drive cross-border advisory work, and contribute to the growth of the practice.

You will mentor associates, coordinate with PwC's global network, and leverage digital tools to enhance service delivery while upholding professional standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of tax consulting experience in practice or industry
• Strong knowledge of Irish and international corporate tax matters
• Experience managing client relationships and leading projects or engagements
• Commercial awareness and ability to identify business development opportunities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Collaborative approach and passion for mentoring others

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of multinational FDI clients across industries
• Own the delivery of Irish and international corporate tax compliance and advisory engagements
• Build trusted relationships with clients and act as a key advisor on tax and business matters
• Identify risks, opportunities, and practical solutions to complex tax issues
• Collaborate with specialists across Tax and PwC network to provide integrated client solutions
• Support business development activities and identify opportunities to expand client relationships
• Lead, coach and develop associates and senior associates, fostering high performance
• Drive innovation and embrace digital technologies to enhance client service delivery

Education

Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) preferred
