Job summary

PwC Ireland is seeking a Manager to lead multinational FDI tax engagements and manage client relationships across technology, life sciences, manufacturing and other sectors. You will deliver Irish and international tax compliance and advisory work, coach junior staff, and collaborate with PwC's global network to provide integrated solutions.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in tax consulting, hold AITI/CTA (or equivalent), and possess strong technical knowledge of corporate tax.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in tax consulting.
• AITI/CTA qualification or qualified by experience.
• Strong knowledge of Irish and international corporate tax matters.
• Experience managing client relationships and leading projects or engagements.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of multinational FDI clients.
• Own the delivery of Irish and international corporate tax compliance and advisory engagements.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and become a key advisor on tax and business matters.
• Identify risks, opportunities and practical solutions to complex tax issues.
• Collaborate with specialists across Tax and PwC global network to provide integrated client solutions.
• Support business development activities and identify opportunities with new and existing clients to expand client relationships.
• Lead, coach and develop associates and senior associates, fostering a culture of learning and high performance.
• Drive innovation and embrace digital technologies to enhance client service delivery and operational effectiveness.
• Ensure work is delivered in accordance with professional standards, risk management requirements and firm policies.
