PGIM Ireland is seeking a Real Estate Fund Accounting Manager in Letterkenny to lead accounting and reporting for domestic real estate portfolios. You will oversee the fund administrator, ensure accurate statements, and manage deliverables with stakeholders.
The role requires 5-8 years of financial accounting experience, a Bachelor’s in Accounting, CPA/public accounting background preferred, and strong Excel. This hybrid role combines on-site coordination with remote collaboration.
The Real Estate Fund Accounting Manager, will be a member of the Fund Operations team that services and supports PGIM Real Estate in the accounting and reporting of real estate investments acquired within PGIM Real Estate’s domestic portfolios. The Manager will be primarily accountable for the accurate and timely accounting and reporting for their assigned portfolios. This position will be a key point of contact for all business and other functional teams as it relates to their assigned portfolios. This role will be based in our Letterkenny office, 2 days on site a week.
