Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Dublin is seeking an Intern to gain first-hand experience delivering outstanding customer service while developing sales skills in a fast-paced branch environment.

You will learn how branches operate, how customer interactions drive business results, and gain exposure to fleet management and local marketing activity; applications are welcome from all undergraduates who hold a full manual driving licence and meet the programme requirements.

Qualifications

• Applications accepted from all undergraduate university students regardless of university attended and subjects studied.
• Must have a full manual Republic of Ireland, UK or EU driving licence.
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Relationship Building - Deliver exceptional customer experiences at every stage of the rental journey and build rapport with customers and confidently handle enquiries, reservations and concerns.
• Commercial Awareness – Understand customer needs and recommend products and services that provide the right solutions for the customer.
• Teamwork & Collaboration - Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service, support branch objectives and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Communication - Support customers by clearly explaining rental agreements, vehicle features and additional products.
