Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking an experienced Management & Leadership Instructor (AI Training) to help shape how AI systems understand organizational behavior, decision-making, and leadership strategy. This fully remote contract offers flexible hours and asynchronous work.

You will review AI-generated management scenarios, evaluate AI reasoning around teams and incentives, identify gaps, and provide structured feedback to improve how models handle managerial decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level.
• Strong command of organizational behavior, leadership theory, and management principles.
• Skilled at evaluating decision-making quality and analyzing complex tradeoffs.
• Comfortable reading and evaluating AI-generated scenarios and recommendations.

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios used in model training
• Evaluate the quality of AI reasoning around teams, incentives, and organizational structure

Who You Are
