Alignerr is seeking seasoned Business Administration experts to shape AI models in corporate finance, strategy, and operations. This fully remote hourly contract role requires MBA-level expertise, deep business knowledge in at least two disciplines, and a sharp eye for rigorous reasoning.

You’ll work asynchronously, evaluating and refining AI-driven business content. No prior AI experience is required, but exceptional analytical writing and executive-style recommendations are essential.

About The Role

What if your MBA — your years of mastering corporate finance, strategy, and operations — could directly shape how AI advises the next generation of business leaders? We're looking for Business Administration experts to challenge, evaluate, and refine cutting-edge AI models on the topics that matter most in the boardroom and beyond.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No prior AI experience needed — just deep business expertise and a sharp eye for rigorous, professional-grade reasoning.

What You'll Do

• Design Complex Business Challenges — Create advanced case studies, quantitative problems, and strategic scenarios across domains like DCF valuation, market entry strategy, operations bottlenecks, and cap table modeling
• Author Gold-Standard Solutions — Write rigorous, step-by-step responses featuring financial statements, marketing frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive-level strategic rationales that serve as benchmark answers for AI training
• Audit AI-Generated Business Content — Evaluate AI-produced business plans, financial forecasts, and case analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to professional business standards
• Sharpen AI Reasoning — Identify and document flaws in AI reasoning — such as ignoring sunk costs, miscalculating WACC, or failing to account for macroeconomic variables — and provide structured, actionable feedback
• Work Independently — Complete task-based assignments asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution
• Strong foundational knowledge in at least two core business disciplines: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management
• Able to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-style analysis and recommendations
• Exceptionally detail-oriented — you catch errors in financial formulas, faulty assumptions, and flawed business logic
• Clear and precise written communicator who can explain sophisticated concepts with confidence
• No prior AI or tech experience required

Nice to Have

• Background in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy
• Experience with data annotation, quality assurance, or evaluation systems
• Proficiency in data-driven decision tools — Excel financial modeling, Tableau, SQL, or similar
• Familiarity with AI tools or large language models as an end user
