A well-regarded organisation is currently recruiting an experienced Accountant to join its dynamic Finance department. Key Duties:
  • Compile and deliver timely financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Monitor and review budgets, forecasts, and financial trends
  • Conduct variance analysis with clear, actionable commentary
  • Uphold adherence to internal controls, procedures, and accounting regulations
  • Oversee capital expenditure tracking and align with funding strategies
  • Contribute to cross-departmental projects and long-term financial planning
  • Maintain and improve financial systems and internal control frameworks
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors
  • Deliver insights and data to inform key business decisions
  • Assist in the development of financial policies and future planning strategies
  • Prepare reports and presentations for executive and board-level review
  • Track performance against key financial metrics
Candidate Profile:
  • Recognised professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • At least 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience
  • Solid understanding of financial reporting and analysis
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with accounting systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organised with strong project coordination skills
