Job description

CPL are working with a leading Pharma client in Dublin 15 and have an immediate vacancy for a Management Accountant to join their team.

Hybrid working and excellent salary and package on offer.

Daily tasks will include:

·Cost accounting and analysis for the site, including standard costing, month-end SAP Plant close processes, reporting of variances.

·Calculation and maintenance of annual standard cost prices for materials in SAP.

·Accounting for projects including new product development.

·Support preparation of site Budgets, Forecasts, Site KPIs and Management Reporting.

·Business Partnering to provide timely and accurate information to support decision making.

·Monthly site accounting close including preparation and posting of journals to SAP.

·Month end SAP Plant Close process and review of manufacturing process orders.

·Calculation, analysis and reporting of Inventory provisions and write-offs.

·Support preparation of monthly management reporting schedules and analysis of business performance and operational spend variances.

·Partner with on-site functions to prepare analysis of operational spend variances and commitments.

The ideal candidate will be:

·ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA qualified accountant, with at least 3 years’ post qualification experience.

·Product Costing experience is an essential requirement

·SAP FI experience required.

·Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably for a global company.
