Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
2. Cost Accounting: Manage and analyse production costs, identify variances, and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and profitability.
3. Inventory Management: Monitor and analyse stock levels and costs, ensuring accurate valuation and control.
4. Systems Management: Utilize financial systems to ensure accurate and efficient reporting. Contribute to system improvements to enhance reporting capabilities.
5. Accounts Support: Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making and maintain alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• ACCA or CIMA Accountancy Qualification.

Experience:

• 3+ years proven experience in an accounting role, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of cost accounting.
