Job summary

Kilsaran is seeking an experienced MAMF Plant Fitter for our Paving Production Facilities in Dunboyne, Co. Meath. You will take full responsibility for routine maintenance and servicing of plant equipment in a safe, efficient manner.

The role requires a Time Served Trade in mechanical discipline and at least 1 year in relevant industries such as quarry or concrete. Competitive benefits support career development and progression.

• Time Served Trade in a mechanical discipline.
• Minimum 1 year in relevant industry (quarry, sand & gravel, concrete, crushed stone).

Responsibilities

• Routine maintenance and servicing of plant equipment and machinery.
• Develop and implement plant-wide preventative maintenance programme.
• Diagnosing breakdowns.
• Liaising with external contractors to schedule work on site and ensure approval and quality.
• Scheduling periodic testing of safety equipment and maintaining records.
• Recycling/re-using parts/materials where possible.
• Lead-by-example on Health & Safety and ensure safe working practices.

We are currently looking for experienced MAMF Plant Fitters for our Paving Production Facilities in Dunboyne, Co.Meath. The successful candidate will have full responsibility of routine maintenance and servicing of plant equipment and machinery in an efficient and safety-driven manner.

Responsibilities

• Routine maintenance and servicing of plant equipment and machinery
• Development and implementation of plant-wide preventative maintenance programme.
• Diagnosing Breakdowns.
• Liaising with external contractors to schedule work on site and ensuring that all such work is fully approved in advance and completed to the required standards.
• Scheduling periodic testing of safety equipment and maintaining records of the same.
• Recycling/Re-using parts/materials, where possible.
• Demonstrate a lead-by-example approach to all aspects of Health & Safety, be fully compliant with Company Health & Safety policies, procedures, systems and rules, report all hazards and incidents and ensure that you work safely at all times.
