As a Makeup Artist, you’ll perform personalised consultations, demonstrate products, and help clients achieve stunning looks while meeting sales targets in a bustling, premium beauty environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for makeup and skincare.
• Experience with CRM systems and data targets.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced retail setting with KPI focus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service from intro to sale.
• Provide personalised consultative makeup guidance and Book2Me experiences.
• Demonstrate products to achieve desired looks and address concerns.
• Conduct pre-booked makeup appointments.
• Meet/exceed sales targets through makeup and skincare sales.
• Upsell and cross-sell related beauty items to maximise openings.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals.
• Keep makeup counter organised, clean, and visually appealing.
• Maintain tools and stations clean and sanitised for safety.
