Job summary

Trinny London is seeking Makeup Artists to join our Dublin Arnotts team. You will embody our mission by combining artistry with product knowledge and a passion for customers. Responsibilities include greeting customers, offering personalised consultations, demonstrating products and booking appointments.

You'll work to meet and exceed sales targets, upsell skincare and makeup, and maintain a well-organised, inviting makeup area while ensuring tools are clean and compliant with health standards.

Qualifications

• Passionate about makeup and skincare.
• Experience in delivering excellent customer service.
• Adaptable and confident in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Positive, proactive and able to work towards KPIs.
• Punctual and flexible to retail hours including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service from introduction to sale.
• Offer personalised consultative makeup services and book appointments.
• Demonstrate products and address individual concerns.
• Conduct pre-booked makeup appointments and meet sales targets.
• Upsell and cross-sell related beauty items to maximise sales.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals.
• Keep the makeup area organised, clean and visually appealing.
• Maintain clean tools and workstation to meet health standards.
