Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation in New Ross seeks a Maintenance Technician to provide technical electrical and mechanical maintenance at the facility. The role focuses on ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and compliance with production standards.

The technician will perform preventive, emergency and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot equipment on the production floor, and collaborate with Engineering, Design and Automation Build Departments to install and stabilise new equipment and

Qualifications

Leaving Certificate standard or equivalent.
Be a time served crafts person (Mechanical or Electrical) or possess a Third level technical qualification with minimum 3 year’s experience in similar role.

Responsibilities

Carry out Preventive, Emergency and Corrective Maintenance of all equipment and fixtures throughout the plant.
Troubleshoot with respect to repair of all equipment on the production floor, ensuring downtime is minimized.
Monitor equipment performance and use data analysis to suggest countermeasures and improvements.
Follow standardised work procedures and contribute to TPM and Lean Manufacturing activities.
Assist with training of other Maintenance Personnel and support Engineering, Design and Automation teams.
