Position: Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical maintenance support including fault finding of machines and vehicles.
  • Ensure all parts are promptly ordered as required.
  • Observing all on site and legislative rules and regulations in terms of health and safety, and environmental.
  • Inspecting equipment to ensure health and safety requirements are met.
  • Report faults, damages, and defaults promptly.
  • Ensure timely responses to maintenance needs.
  • Accurately record maintenance checks and document all work carried out.
  • Collaborate with tradesmen, general operatives, and subcontractors.
  • Complete electro-mechanical repairs of designated equipment and vehicles.
  • Responsible for completion of all planned maintenance routines both inside and outside of normal working hours as required.
  • Utilization of all resources such as manuals, service contracts and external contractors to aid in breakdown recovery.
Key Requirements
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role, however, relevant training will be provided.
