• Repairs clogged drains, broken appliances, or electrical problems.
• Perform repairs: Fix and replace damaged components in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, and make general building repairs like patching walls or fixing floors.
• Conduct preventative maintenance: Perform routine inspections and scheduled maintenance to prevent future issues.
• Complete cosmetic and upkeep tasks: Paint walls, refinish floors, maintain common areas, and perform landscaping and snow removal.
