Job summary

Center Parcs Longford Forest is seeking a proactive Maintenance Assistant Manager to ensure safe, functional and welcoming spaces for guests and colleagues. You will report to the Maintenance Manager and drive daily maintenance, lead the team, and coordinate with internal teams to plan and respond to needs.

The role requires hands-on experience in Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing work, a relevant qualification, and a full driving licence.

Qualifications

• Has a recognised qualification and hands-on experience in Electrical, Gas Safe, Mechanical or Plumbing work.
• Full driving licence held for a minimum of 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily maintenance tasks and team coordination.
• Communicating with internal teams to plan and respond to maintenance needs.
• Supporting training, performance monitoring, and team development.
• Managing time and attendance systems to keep operations efficient.
