Job summary

Center Parcs is seeking a proactive Maintenance Assistant Manager for Longford Forest. You will oversee daily maintenance tasks, coordinate the team, and drive safe, functional spaces for guests and colleagues.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you’ll ensure smooth operations across Accommodation and Central Buildings. You will lead and develop a team, plan with internal stakeholders, and monitor attendance systems.

Qualifications

• Has a recognised qualification and hands-on experience in Electrical, Gas Safe, Mechanical or Plumbing work.
• Enjoys leading and developing a team in a supportive way.
• Is well-organised, with good planning and computer skills.
• Brings a positive, motivational approach to work and colleagues.
• Full driving licence, held for a minimum of 6 months.

Maintenance Assistant Manager Longford Forest | Circa €51,200 per annum

We're looking for a proactive and supportive Maintenance Assistant Manager to help ensure the smooth running of our Accommodation and Central Buildings maintenance departments. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping our spaces safe, functional and welcoming for both guests and team members.

• Supporting training, performance monitoring, and team development
• Managing time and attendance systems to keep operations efficient

Your working hours

Full-time contract

• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes early mornings, evenings and weekends
• Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday
