Job summary

Tirln in Virginia, Co Cavan is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor / Coordinator to lead on-site maintenance activities, coordinate with external contractors and drive preventative and predictive maintenance schedules. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will manage maintenance teams, plan downtime windows and ensure compliance with GMP/EHS/QA procedures.

The role requires strong planning, budgeting, and communication skills, a proactive mindset and the ability to work across engineering,

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance activities and schedule work.
• Liaise with external contractors for maintenance and repairs.
• Manage maintenance teams and contractors daily.
• Plan downtime windows and maintenance work in the production plan.
• Monitor and report equipment performance and maintenance history.
• Assist with budget planning and cost controls.
