Job summary

Tirlán is seeking a Maintenance and Process Manager for its Ballitore site in Co. Kildare. You will lead maintenance and process optimisation to ensure safe, efficient and reliable plant operation.

The role involves managing maintenance activities through internal teams and contractors, driving equipment reliability and plant performance, and ensuring adherence to GMP and quality standards. Based at Ballitore, you will oversee CMMS PEMAC, support cost-effective maintenance planning and advance

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance in food manufacturing or regulated environments.
• Strong RCA and Lean/CI experience and ability to drive improvement.
• Bachelor level technical degree and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance leadership and strategy across the site to ensure availability and reliability.
• Oversee maintenance planning, preventive and predictive maintenance, CMMS management.
• Drive end-to-end process optimisation and act as SME for production processes.
• Manage budget and ensure compliance with HSE, Quality and GMP requirements.
• Develop PIRs and support capital project design and implementation.
• Mentor maintenance staff and coordinate internal teams, contractors and providers.
