Job summary

Tirlán is seeking a Maintenance and Process Manager based at Ballitore to lead maintenance and process optimisation across manufacturing operations. You will drive equipment reliability, plant performance and BPM-compliant maintenance practices while managing internal teams, contractors and third-party providers.

Leading process improvement initiatives, acting as SME for key production processes and supporting continuous improvement of efficiency, quality and product yield will be core.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance in food manufacturing or regulated environments.
• Strong RCA and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and efficiency improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and process optimisation across manufacturing operations.
• Manage maintenance planning, preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Oversee maintenance technician teams and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Quality and GMP requirements.
• Maintain CMMS PEMAC and manage department budget.
• Drive capital project support and PIR process.
