Job summary

Tirlán in Ballitore, Co. Kildare, is seeking a Maintenance and Process Manager to lead site maintenance, optimise processes and ensure safe, compliant operation.

You will manage maintenance teams and contractors, drive proactive maintenance programs, monitor KPIs, and act as SME for production processes while supporting continuous improvement across dairy manufacturing operations. The role requires a third-level engineering qualification, strong leadership, RCA and Lean/Six Sigma experience, and

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance in a food manufacturing environment.
• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong RCA, Lean or Six Sigma knowledge.
• Excellent planning, organisation and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance strategy and ensure safety, reliability and KPIs.
• Manage maintenance team and external service providers.
• Drive process optimisation across production lines and utilities.
• Own CMMS (PEMAC) and budget control.
• Implement continuous improvement projects and capital work.
