Job summary

Tirlán Ballitore site in Co. Kildare is seeking a Maintenance and Process Manager to lead maintenance and process optimisation, ensuring safe, efficient and reliable plant operation.

You will oversee maintenance planning, drive equipment reliability, and lead the maintenance team while partnering with Production and Quality to deliver continuous improvements in line with GMP and H&S standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance leadership within a regulated food/pharma environment.
• Third-level qualification in Engineering, Science or related discipline.
• Strong planning and prioritisation skills.
• Knowledge of RCA methodologies.
• Experience applying Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma/CI.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance leadership and strategy across the site.
• Manage maintenance technician team and budget.
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programmes.
• Lead end-to-end process optimisation and act as SME for production processes.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Quality and GMP.
• Monitor MES data and drive continuous improvements.
• Support capital projects and Change Control processes.
