Maintenance Person Required – Ennis Road Care Facility

We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team at a well-established nursing home.

This is a hands-on role suited to a practical, dependable individual who takes pride in their work and enjoys keeping facilities safe, functional, and well-maintained for our residents and staff. have the ability to work on own with a team and the ability to organise tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• General building maintenance and repairs
• Basic plumbing and carpentry work
• Painting and decorating as required
• Outdoor maintenance including grounds upkeep
• Routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests

Requirements

• Good all-round maintenance experience
