Ipsen is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Dublin to lead maintenance, reliability and asset performance across our manufacturing site. You will drive improvements, develop the maintenance strategy, and ensure safe, compliant operations for critical equipment and utilities.

You will manage a skilled team, oversee contractors and budgets, and shape long-term asset lifecycle plans to deliver reliable manufacturing outcomes for medicines customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and professional registration where applicable.
• Experience leading maintenance in regulated pharmaceutical or similar environments.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance, reliability and asset management principles.

Responsabilités

• Lead maintenance and reliability activities across site equipment, utilities and infrastructure.
• Drive improvements in equipment reliability, uptime and asset performance.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing maintenance team.
• Provide technical leadership for complex maintenance challenges.
• Develop maintenance strategies and lifecycle asset plans.
• Ensure safe, compliant maintenance activities and manage contractor budgets.
